1979 Seville a/c blower works good...sometimes???Anyone?

The blower works when it wants to...I hit a bump and bingo..I have a/c, low med and high, econ, bi-level and defrost. than another bump..no fan. However it does do a medium fan on defrost only(seems like a default) anytime when it's not 100% working. I hate to just start replacing things to get the right one. And yes it's automatic climate controled a/c. I just replaced a Standard part #RY4(blower relay) did not fix.
The R12 is good. compressor kicks on and blows cold..when it's working.

Please reduce the font, thanks. Have you checked for good connections and grounds at the blower, some diagnostics must be done on site, there is no quick answer here. Also a shop manual or wiring diagram would help. Look at connections at the programmer.

Is this black more pleasing to you? I don't want to upset the police of this place.
I will look around the blower for wire issues. Do you know where the programmer is?..under dash i'd guess but behind drivers area or glovebox?. What does it look like?. I've had 12 sevilles and never had this problem. Do you know these cars well. I'd like to talk at you if so..email me ...my login with a "at yahoo" thanks

Yes I worked for Cadillac division for 25 years, including the Seville years, they were good cars except the FI proved troublesome for all. The programmer is behind the glove box, can't miss it.
