No, just nobody wants to buy a grey market import with no title that may or may not actually exist from someone who obviously is just trying to get some cash.

ok totally understandable
another question would it not be easier to register it in a state with no emissions laws i mean you would change the windshield and lights and a few other minor things to make it dot approved and go to a state with no emissions laws and try to register it would it work?

um howabot just buy 1 fome me cuz i have mine in texas and i drive it with no problems all tags up to date a US vin and tittle and texas plates
