Aristo in usa

Here where I live on craigslist there was a toyota aristo with twin turbos. I was wondering about the registration, how does it work with these cars, they have the steering wheel on the left and about emissions I don't know either if they will pass cauce Jalen has different emission standards. If anyone knows could u please let mr know.
