95 & 99 millenias

i have a 95 millenia that has a problem with the tcs it runs good for a little ways and then the light comes on and it will not let you get over 2500 rpms and shutters. my 99 has a very bad oil leak and has no power i was wandering if the power problem on the 99 would be caused by the oil leak or if might be a problem with the supercharger

my mazda millenia smokes on starting for arround 15 to 30 seconds.it dous not do this each time and not when the engine is hot.any answers.alan
