I had the same problem in my 92 legend! It was the master relay. Mine was 60 bucks at advance. U can try this it worked on
Mine get into the dash under the instrument cluster to the relay, this worked on mine, grab the harness with the turned to the on position and push up or down on the harness. Forgot to mention try it when the car won't start I noticed when it does all the gauge lights come on and the CEL comes on and stays on. This is a common problem in honda/acuras as I had an accord that did the same thing!!
