Non-Operative Fuel Gauge

hello a.f.,

i recently removed my instrument cluster; after replacing i notice fuel/gas gauge wasn't working at all. Any suggestions on how i can diagnose and/or repair this gauge to my 91' acura legend?
thanks a.f.
