99 obs tahoe 5.7 wont start

i was on my way to work today when my truck shut down. i tried to restart it, but it would only crank. after i got off work, i went and checked a few things to try and diagnose it. i get 60 psi at the fuel rail. it leaks down to 53 after a wile. and i checked for spark at the second cylinder from the front on the drivers side, and it is getting good spark. it is not even trying to sputter. it has been giving me code p1441 for a long while. but i'm also getting 1351 code wich is high voltage at ignition. would this be my crank positioning sensor. is there a way to test a crank sensor.

Is it the CKP? Maybe but most likely not according to my C/K service manual for P1351.

If there was an issue with the CKP it would most likely set a specific code for that. (P0336,337,338,339).

P1351 has 18 trouble shooting steps. Only 2 replacements. ICM & VCM and a lot of circuit testing which includes checking connectors at the ICM & VCM for corrosion and/or?
