Fuel Rails?

I have an '04 GTO and have been fixing it up, as I recently purchased it. Have been browsing at what's available on the internet and came across fuel rails, among other things. Is there an advantage in terms of HP with new and better fuel rails? If you were to upgrade JUST their fuel rails, would you need to upgrade anything else at the same time (I mean, to avoid engine damage)?

Just curious if anyone knew much about fuel rails and the effects of upgrading them.

no advantage - upgrade the injectors if you add a turbo or supercharger as you'll need to throw more fuel in her. But the above begs a series of upgrades to take full advantage of moving away from normally asphirated.
