97 Acura RL Buzzing noise on Start Up?

I just bought my wife a 97 acura rl and since we bought it, it is making this wierd buzzing noise when you first crank it. it buzzing for about 10 seconds then every once and a while it will buzz again for about a second.... the noise seems to be coming from the passenger side either in the dash or under the hood close to the dash..... any ideas? Thanks

Is the a/c on when the car starts? Mine does that but it goes away...

I have the same problem on my 97' RL. I seem to remember it has something to do with the ABS system. Is your ABS light on?

My 1992 Acura Legend also has this problem. It does not always occur when the vehicle is started but it does happen every once and a while, even with the A/C off. I believe it may be the ABS module cycling routine. My ABS does not work however as my Vehicle Speed Sesnor has crapped out. But if anyone else has further imput into this issue please post!
