laguna 2001 sunroof leak soaked car

-hi i have a laguna 2001 after a night of heavy rain the car wont start. iv dryed everything out and now the dashboard lights have come on without the fob key in.towards the front of the car is a buzzing noise.central locking don't work.when i press start it just flashes once. when i pull the imobiliser fuse out and then put it back in i get a diffrent reaction either the imobiliser light comes on flashing the buttons on the fob key work but the doors want open and when i insert the key the imobiliser light goes solid.if i pull the fuse backout i get the dashboard lights on the imobilise light flashing windows work,fans work ,without the key in
