projector headlights

I NEED HELP! I just bought some projection headlights for my 93 2wd pickup. I don't know how to wire them. Please help...anyone. The halogen bulb i was provided fits into the wiring harness but there is an additional led bulb that i am not prepared to guess how to wire. any help very appreciated.

Re: projector headlights

The LEDs could be for your marker/parking lights (most likely), your turn signals, or even for trucks with Daytime Running Lamps (DRLs...not likely for your year truck). Perhaps a pic or link to what you bought might help.

Late thought, they may be for those "cat eyes" or "halo" light rings as seen on some BMWs. Those you'd probably have to wire separately since they'd effectively be the same as a DRL setup.

Here is a link to see the Headlights in Question. K2motorsports was the distributor. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...K%3AMEWNX%3AIT
Again thanks for any additional help. I will research the brand myself right now.

Re: projector headlights

From the photos, they look like ambience lights. My guess is you could wire them in with some neon lights or on a separate switched circuit. But I'm 90% sure they're not legal replacements for your marker lights, especially if they are blue as depicted in the photos.

You don't have to connect them, just make sure they don't let water in.

Thankyou for your help. I will try connecting the led bulbs to my marker light circuit.
