How can i make my neon go faster!!!

i already have cold air intake, a comp chip, i plan on getting headers but that still not fast enough for me!!! im wanting to hit 0-60 in around 7 secs. i am at 8.5 right now with no headers Please give me ideas!. oh and trust me if i could spend the 6,000 to get a complete srt-4 overtake i would thats just not possible right now!
