Viper gets a reprieve from Fiat
The Viper is a great 'halo' brand for Chrysler, but probably does not make them any money.... so the logical thing would be to let it go since the firm is bankrupt.
Fortunately, it's going to remain in production. I guess the Fiat people believe it makes financial sense to do so.  http://money.cnn.com/2009/07/10/auto...sale/index.htm
