Question 1990 Horizon~SHOULD I ?

I am looking to possibly buy a 1990 Horizon 5 speed with 78,000 miles for $1450.00. It looks garage kept. I will take it for a test ride Saturday. The only body hardware problem I see is the front bumper looks fatigued and is crooked. What do you think about these cars? Does this look like a good deal? jd

These were not known as reliable cars but the 2.2 engine is very good if it has the fuel injection system. Ask about what repairs have been done and take it to a mechanic for a look.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'll check the engine. BTW, Edmunds.com puts the retail resale price at around $900 ; factoring in the low miles. That's over $500.00 less than this guy is asking! jda

Nice Choice! But I don't think it is easy to get.
