Vent fan won't turn off!

I have to pull the battery or it keeps blowing air at the floorboard. I was just taping up some wires that had gotten exposed that come out of the coil's wire harness. I'm not sure that those wires would have anything to do with the vent staying on, so I'm here for some help. Could it just be some relay or something? Or maybe it is those wires I was messing with?

Look for the blower relay and see if it is bad to start out with, also you should have a factory manual for that car.
