Re: Post Your Mileage

I ordered this 1998 GTP from the dealer in 1998. Had a cassette player in the dash. The only mod is a factory CD player from ebay and a couple of Sony speakers in the back. It's been trouble free, 63K miles. I love it. If I was to buy again, though, I might get the G8 GXP.

Re: Post Your Mileage

1998 GTP 210,000 miles on OG motor and trans. Wrecked 6 times. 5 times hit in the front 1 time in the rear. Motor runs ok but idles rough. Has a mix of dexcool and green anti freeze. Rear strut towers are rotting out, light and water gets thru theese days. The ground effects are held on by and mixture of tape and glue. This winter the rust really started to come out.
I have driven thi car to hell and back and drove it hard the entire way. I am curently looking to buy another W body grand prix GTP. Hopefully from the south and with lower miles.
Bottom line is theese might be the best and coolest GM car to come out of the 90's.

Thanks for participating and sorry to hear that but this thread is for Pontiac Grand Prix only. Therefore you are way off topic.

The topic is:

How many miles do you have on your Grand Prix?

Re: Post Your Mileage

Eh, I don't have a Grand Prix.

However, when I was 14 I did have a W body with a 3.8 in it and it had 327,000 miles on it.....close enough? It was on the same transmission and 2nd motor.

(I didn't vote in the poll though so hopefully Bob won't ban me)

No problem Alex you are a honorary Grand Prix owner. Thanks for visiting us and contributing to the forum.
