finally got around to painting the engine compartment. not sure why i bothered taping it off, the masking tape pulled up the terrible orange peeled primer .
before  after  its not quite as flat as it looks in that picture, the lighting was really odd. it is a fairly matte finish, though. engine should be going in within the next couple of weeks now.
