Has anyone used Mityvac for engine or transmission oil change

I am planning to buy Mityvac model 7201 to change engine / transmission oil by sucking oil out thru dipstic tube using this tool. But I am not sure if my Sienna 2000 is compatible with this tool.

I will sincerely appreciate if you can share your experience in case you have used this tool on Sienna ( or Camry I4 - I have a 1995 model ) for changing oil.

Thanks

Each stroke is only a couple of mL's, so so will be pumping for hours. There's a hand pump to change oil and transmission fluid for $75 but I forgot the name.
