Wow. I've done 30,000 in 3 years! Regular PepBoys pads, replaced... 3 times I think.

Re: Nice wheels+BIG brakes+suspention= SEXY DSM

bringing this back, getting to lazy to start new threads, but curious if anyone can tell me why only one caliper would be squeeking under light brake pressure? almost every time i touch the brakes, my front passenger caliper/pads scream super loud. its terrible, i though it was just the pads at first with the new rotors, but it still is doing it, and its only this one wheel. any input? i need to get it to stop, its driving me CRAZY! i havent had a chance to take it appart or anything like that yet, just curious on what you guys have to say about it. thanks.

P.S> they are 4 piston Brembo's, hawk HPS pads, and slotted/dimpled rotors.

Could just be the guide pins or whatever they're called on the calipers. Did you grease them up good?

Re: Nice wheels+BIG brakes+suspention= SEXY DSM

yes indeed i did, however, it was with the hawk grease that the pads came with... do you think that could be the culprit?
