frontend vibrates

Hi all, my 98 Q45 front-end vibrates when i go over 30 mgh, i recently change out the front brakes, rotors and all 4 tires, anyone knows why its vibrating?

Much more maintenance is required than that over 30K, 80K miles. Have you done anything else?
