1993 Dodge Shadow Turbocharge operation

Hi there, I have a 1993 Dodge shadow (L 2.2) with 215,000 miles. I am fixed on putting a turbocharge in my engine. I know some about working on cars, but not nearly enough to do this without help. What would be the cheapest and easiest route of accomplishing this? Please be as elaborate as possible.
