Question GM cutting back on Saab's warranty in U.S. market

Do you think this is because of the ecomony or more towards the issues of reliability of the vehicle?

Saab has had a 40% decrease in warranty repairs in the last couple years.
GM has made incredible changes for this make regardless of what you hear.
GM has its share of problems - not all their fault. Generations of car buyers have raised the bar as to what is acceptable. They were asleep for a decade or two...not hard to do for the biggest company in the world (although not smart). They do see the error of there ways.
I am a Saab Fanatic...GM should see the 4cyl Turbo as the fuel economy savior....turbocharging is the way of the future for powering combustible engines. I know people who get 36-41 mpg in these cars. Not to mention the environmental impact these engines have. Or lack there of. They reuse not just burn....
more to come
