ford aspire 95 chip

hi to all im lookn for the electric chip that starts the car its under the dashboard on the lower right side of the wheel steering the car do not start without it. and its not even in the manual book .any one can help how to get one or to attche the electric circut and just dont use that chip no more . my car is ford aspire 95 stickshift 5 speed/5 doors. e.mail:[email protected]. thank you.
