2002 Monte Carlo Earnhardt SS

I just purchased my 1st Earnhardt SS, a 2002. Two items that were not included were the special floor mats and the Earnhardt verification documents. Anyone know how I can get these? Also is there anyway to determine the production number via the VIN?

Chevrolet's customer assistance number is 1-800-222-1020. You may be able to get info from them on how to get documentation, production #, etc. You should also be able to register with them as the new owner of that vehicle for recall notification purposes. You'll have to sit through their electronic, voice recognition directory system - but eventually you should be able to get to an actual person. If they can't tell you where to get the mats, I'd say keep an eye on E-bay. You may turn some up there.
