morror replacement

i have a 2006 silverado, my son broke the mirror, only the mirror fell out,the rest of the housing is good and intact. can i just buy the glass it self? it looks as if it just clips in.. where to buy it? thanks

as far as i know you can not.when i needed one for my 98 pontiac i had to buy whole assembly.i went to e-bay

yes you can i bought one for my 99 at the dealer it was like 30 bucks they just pop back in.

i thought you just buy the lens(glass) itself.. i will look at the after market stuff.. thanks
