TVR has to sell one road going car a month to keep them in races. I read that they were all sold in Australia.

To date a single TVR Speed 12 has been sold and that was just sold as a special thing, the car never officially wen't into production. The owner of the car lives in the UK, the registration plate is W112 BHG and the car is red. It also has the same bodywork as the GTS race car, as all the 2 prototypes TVR held onto (2 wen't to a musuem where one was cut in half lenthways to display the mechanicals and one left in perfect condition) were cannibalised for spare parts for the GTS race cars. Then for some reason TVR decided to re-build one of them and sell it but the original bodywork had been badly damaged.
