is my turbo overheating?

the plastic vent cover (or whatever its called) that sits at the base of the windshield keeps melting just above the turbo.
is anyone else having this problem?
i'm clueless, i've replaced it twice since 30k miles, am now at 57k.
car is running normal temps and is still bone stock.
getting kinda worried...

The only time that will happen is if you are missing the weather stripping piece.
