Thumbs up Testing Relays

This web site covers it all.
As thiers different relays and they require different testing procedures,
it can be tricky just figuring out which you have and doing the wrong thing can burn them up.

Some relay loactions....

Early Grand Ams (86-91) relays are located under the hood, along the firewall area.
Models in the 92-95 generation have them by the pass side strut tower and pass fender area,
and they have a fan relay by the radiator.
The 96-98 are under the hood and some mini relays in the fuse boxes.

99+ Grand ams have relays in the under hood fuse box,
drivers side fuse box and pass side fuse box.
Thier are many in this model.
On thesse models the mini relays are hard to pull out.
Using a small screw driver gently pry them up Or with channel lock pliers , pull them out.

If any of this is wrong please notify me via PM and I'll straighten it out. Thankx JC.

hope this helps!
