810 Problem
I've got an 810 wagon with only 75,000 miles that has been sitting forever as no one around here knows about these cars. I can clean the plugs, empty the fuel rail, and it will run perfectly for 1-2 days. then it gets too much gas and dies. Pump tests ok, I've replaced the fuel regulator, fuel filter, coil, rotor, distributor cap, air flow meter, alternator, tested injectors, etc. Any suggestions. The engine is an L-24 with automatic trans in great shape, except for this prob. frame is fine, body is a bit rusty, anyone got an engineless 240 for sale or want to buy an L-24.?? I replaced the alternator last week and it appeared to be fixed. For about 3 days. then back to same problem.
