Thanks for your interest in the wheels, I will have to check on the shipping cost and will let u know. I must tell u that I recently had to use a pair of them for 1 week.

Don't the Elantras still have 4-lug wheels? I know my '99 does. The Tib has 5 lugs, so you won't be able to put them on an Elantra if it only has 4.
