Need a sub for my amp
I got a good deal on a Hifonics BX1605D Super D-Class Amplifier and I need to find a sub/subs that would work welll with it.
RMS Power Rating: 1600 watts x 1 chan. @ 1 Ohm RMS Power Rating: 1100 watts x 1 chan. @ 2 Ohms Max Power: 3200 watts I listen to rap mostly so I would like it to be loud yet still accurate. I am haveing a hard time finding a sub for under 200 that can handle that much power. |

Re: Need a sub for my amp
how much the sub can handle is greatly dependent on the type of music you listen to. Music with bass heavy tones at loud volumes ... you need to match power more closely. Regular "music", the sub can be mated to quite a bit more power.

Re: Need a sub for my amp
Any thoughts or opinions on a Cerwin Vega Stroker 10" ?
They are around $205 shipped on ebay. http://cerwinvega.com/products/mobileaudio/index.html and http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...2569&rd=1&rd=1 |
