90 Galant issues

I have a 90 Galant and it has been driving fine! Been starting everyday gets me to and from work just fine. The problem is the other day I was headed to work stop at the gas station and the car would not start. The car was dead and when I say dead no power to even turnover or see a light in the cab. I bosted the car off and thought maybe its the alternator but no it run idle after I jumped it off. I got into the car and tried to drive it home and it died right away. I bossted it off again and drove the car home reving the engine up so the car would not die the whole way home. I park the car and it died. I boosted it off again and it sat there and run I cut the car off and it crank right up. Whats the deal??? Why do when I try and drive the car it goes completely dead? Is this a problem with the computer???

Re: 90 Galant issues

It does not sound like a computer problem. It sounds more like an electrical connection problem. Try disconnecting your battery, cleaning the terminals and clamps and then hooking them back up making sure that they are tight.
