I need a carburetor/ rebuild kit/ or float for '89 1.3 ltr

Hey there,
Im in the process of trying to repair and/or replace a carb. for an 89 Festiva for a friend. Its off a 1.3 liter and all I need is a float but cant track down a rebuild kit or one in a junkyard. A new carb is way too expensive, about $400, so I wanted to see if anyone can point me in the right direction. I tired Ebay with no luck. Can I use one off a different car?...say an Escort/Tracer? Any help is greatly appreciated. thanks

I would try napa as they cover a lot of carburetors. You could try bumper to bumper. This would be a warehouse item and take two or three days.
