Squeaky Rear Door 2002 Tahoe

My rear drivers side door when opened and closed makes a high pitched squeak that greasing or spray lub does not seem to get rid of....anyone have any ideas?

Re: Squeaky Rear Door 2002 Tahoe

I may have found you're problem. After having the same issues and greasing everything down, I had the same high-pitched squeak on the same door. It appears to be where the door meets the rubber seal at the the top when closed. It's towards the front of the door (but still at the top) so it's right above the hinges and squeaks just before the door closes. I just found it so I haven't tried anything yet but I'm sure just a light touch of lube will do the trick.
