Just make sure you are high enough, don't want your feet touching the ground, but not high enough to snap the neck, just hang there and linger for a while.... suffering......

yea, you wanna tie the "open end" up high, make sure the loop is high enough so you have to stand on your toes to get your head through. then do the usual, rock the chair as hard as you can so it falls...the rest is kinda done for you.
