Looking for M73 used engine

Hi guys,
I'm desperate here!Looking for used complete M73 engine.Does anyone know how to get it or someone here can i deal with?My engine are totally damaged after running without engine oil.The oil coller was leak.If anyone can help me-greatly appriciated!!
