Unhappy Rover 75 Windscreen Wipers

Does anyone have any problems with their windscreen wipers, or is it just me The bit when they go from fast wipe to normal when you slow down to 5mph, and worse when they go from normal wipe to intermitent, usually at roundabouts or crossroads, frightening

VERY unusual problem- it sounds like an electrical issue- a teething problem if you will- take t to the dealer- they have to fix it under warranty

My opinion is that you have no problems att all, and your windscreen wipers are working just fine. Your first issue when they go from fast wipe to normal when you slow down to 5mph is normal operation. When reading the manual this is what a Rover 75 should behave like. Probably a pice of software code. You second issue is also normal behavior if you have windscreen wipers with a rain sensor. When you choose intermitent wipe the rain sensor is activated and will wipe the windscreen when the windscreen is coverd with raindrops to a certain level. When you are driving fast this level will be reached quicker than driving slowly. Thats why you will see the wipers go from normal wipe to intermitent when you approach roundabouts or crossroads. Make sure to select normal or fast wipe to avoid this problem.
