2000 Grand Caravan tick/squeak

Have a 2000 Grand Caravan with 3.3L. Has 48000k on it, just started ticking and squeaking. Louder at startup but does continue to tick. Ticks increase with RPM. Seems to run normal besides just drove back 300miles and it ran great. Any Ideas
