92 Eldorado Code I022 Current

HI EVERYONE !
Need help ! My 1992 eldorado with 60,000 miles is idling really high , I got a code I022 current , does anyone know what that would be for , I went to the two auto parts stores near me and they couldn't help , THANKS !

Thanks M.A.C ! Replaced the idle speed control motor and idles perfect now , I don't know what a Panel Dimming Switch Pot Circuit is , or where it is located , any help would be great as it is pretty anoying driving at night with the dash lights flickering like a strobe light , THANKS

The dash lite dimming circuit in the headlite switch or panel switch is bad.
