Angry Won't start????? Help!!!!!!

I recently bought a 86' 325 es in very good condition (109 M). it had sat for a while, but after a weeks driving it ran like a top. My problem is that on Friday I pulled into the drive turned it off with nothing unusual happening, and an hour later it would not start. The starter cranks well, and I checked the fuel line going into the injectors and it is getting plenty of fuel. The wierd thing for me is that after running perfectly it will not even attempt to fire. The only thing I can find after checking for loose wires is that the radio is asking for a code which I would think there had been a power interruption of some kind. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated!

I had the same problem and found out it was the timing belt.It would turn over and every now and then just not want to turn over because the vavles where binding.

Not startting

take 1 of the plug wires an put a screw driver on the end of the wire and hold the plastic part of the screw drive "so u don’t get shocked" and put the metal part of the screw driver 1/4 " or less by a metal part on the eng like the head make sure u have no gas leaks around there and see if you have spark while some one cranks the eng in park or (n for stick shift.) If you don’t get spark 1 you got a busted Timing Belt 2 u got no power to the electronic ignition or the coil 3 they may be bad.

FIY if you get no spark remove the distributor cap weird looking thing in the front and see if you can see the rotor spinning while a friend cranks the ENG if not then the Timing belt broke.
