Stay away from CarX !

If you have CarX auto service branches in your area, do yourself a favor and stay away. They worked on my car multiple times at multiple branch locations over a period of about 2 months. They ended up with $700 of my money and I ended up with a car that still didn't run. The first branch even refused to honor a 15% off discount card I had. The manager there actually told me to my face that if I wanted to use my discount card, he would add enough charges to the bill to make it even higher! The second branch wanted me to approve spending over $700 more to replace the PCM and they didn't even have a wiring diagram for the car. I refused the repair but had to pay them $120 for "engine diagnostics". I ended up repairing the car myself for $47 thanks to the advice of some great guys from various forums. All it needed was a crankshaft position sensor. I am in the process of trying to recover at least some of my money from them but I'm not holding my breath. Hopefully I can save some people from getting ripped off like I did.
