Re: lumina apv has no spark

Generally timing won't make them run rough, just weak if retarded or hot and pinging if over-advanced. I'd be leaning more to vacuum problem, if it seems to run OK off idle.

Re: lumina apv has no spark

I am glad it's running but one quick word of advice. I had an intermittent fuel and fire problem with my 92. I replaced the module. Went one hundred miles round trip no problem. Later that day pulled out of my drive it died.
Pickup coil was bad too. If you have any more problems the pickup coil will cost you about 13 bucks at autozone and be the most likely culprit.

once she starts up she runs for a bit but very rough and if you keep your foot on gas pedal she wont shut off but just very rough feels like maybe shes not running on all cylinders or just a vacuum issue.
