95 cierra cooling fan runs all the time
The cooling fan runs constantly unless battery or fan connection is disconnected.

You may have a bad temp. sensor.
Unplug it and check for 12V on the sensor side while the car is cold. If you have 12V your sensor may be bad allowing constant 12V to the fan. |
