Installing Infinity Powered Subwoofer (Basslink)

Yea, it seems like a major pain in the ass so im getting circuit city to install it. My stock tweeters are also blown along with my front speakers so im geting new 6 1/2 Pioneers for the fronts and is there anyway i can have circuit city cut the connection to the tweeters COMPLETELY off cuz i dont want to buy any new ones and i dont want them continuously on, cuz it distorts like a bitch. Can u just cut the connection to them and still keep the front speakers on, cuz i know they are run in a series and all. If so, should i just put the speakers in myself and do it all myself (besides putting sub and wiring blah blah in)

Awwww come on, it's not hard. By yourself, the first time, it's easily do-able in an afternoon. Man up. lol just messin with ya man. It's understandable, there's alot of stuff about cars that I can't wrap my mind around and have to have other people do, even though I wish I could do it myself (and actually probably could do myself if I was patient and tried) but o well.

Yea, they should be able to bypass the tweeters I would think. I haven't messed with those really, only the other 4 speakers. Replacing the speakers isn't tough either. Hardest part is really just getting access to the speakers (pulling panels, grilles, etc). If you're buying the speakers and having the sub put in all at the same time I'd probably just have them do the speakers. If I remeber correctly, Circuit City has a deal where if you buy speakers there, they install them for free. I may be wrong or this might have changed but I know that's how it was when I bought speakers for my old car.
