I can't stand this brake dust

I would like to keep my rims a clean as possible. My front rims has brake dust I can't seem to get off. Is there any thing out there that takes that stubborn brake dust off easy. Did any of you guys try to take the dust off with one of those steamers that you always see on the informecials. My buddy has one and I was going to try. I would like to know if any of you tried that before. Let me know if any of you guys know an easier way. I scrub my ass off and I still can't it all off. Thanks

Armor-All wheel cleaner and an old toothbrush, works every time.

Beyond that, consider investing in some ceramic brake pads (no brake dust)

Invest in some Hawk performance brake pads. I wash my car once a week like a religion but toward the end of the week there is little to no brake dust on my rims and as far as cleaning, about all I need to do is spray them down and wipe them off. Back when I was using oem crap I couldnt make it 2 days without an assload of brake dust and damn did it stick on there like glue.

Re: I can't stand this brake dust

I have been looking at inventing into to brake pads myself. I looked at the hawk pad, but they never said what the were made of, are they ceramic? if not do you know what compound they are?

Re: I can't stand this brake dust

They are ceramic and at first they helped out the fact that my stock rotors sucked ass.
