Question Altinator plug 2 small wires came from clip 2.2 96 cavalier

These two small wires came loose from the clip on top of altinator.I dont know which cable goes where..I now have a batery warning light on in car, and batery isnt charging..which color goes where?
The cables i have are light greyish, and a darker one..might have been red..the wholes they came from are the two middle sections of the clip labled " b" and "c" ..
Can anyone help me with this one..

Also..if I place the cables in the correct spot what can I look for as a confirmation?..should the batery warning light go off? or does that stay on until the batery charges..

Please help..
