mystery electrical part

we replaced the right front fender and hood/bumper/etc. and a black plastic electrical part fell out. we can't find where to put it back! it's kinda "P" shaped and has 2 prongs twards one end and a raised round area with a copper strip (ground?) twards the other. it has clips around the edges, every other one is empty, so it must couple with something?
incidently, the power door locks and mirrors have also stopped working.
any thoughts?

Re: mystery electrical part

probably a ground, im getting ready 2 replace my dr side fender. Next time you replace something extensive, take a picture of everything! thats what i do. try grounding it to something. I know on my truck i have some wires on that side that dont connect to anything. kinda weird. i dunno.

mystery solved

mystery solved, it was a motor out of an electric mirror--they were replaced at the same time as the fender etc.
and the door lock/mirror issue was a fuse.
