Question Gibson exhaust on '96 Cherokee

I have a '96 Cherokee SE with 120K miles and original stainless exhaust. I was recently rear ended and the tail pipe bent and clamp snapped. I'm looking to take this opportunity to put on a performance muffler system.

Is there any problem putting on a Gibson ( http://www.truckaddons.com/Catalog/subpages/Gibson1.asp )
which has only 5% exhaust restriction versus the oem which has about 35%?
