I have problems with recently purchased 2003 745i with 18000 miles
Navigation system with no streets-is this normal
Buzz in left set of speakers with car off and on(radio ok)
Right speakers malfunction intermittently
Lost preset radio stations twice in 2 days since bought car

You most likely have a problem with the optical bus that those systems are on, one of the modules on it is bad.

Unfortunately, you most likely have problems that are inherent with the car. There are lots of reported problems with the 745 especially with the 02's
BMWs engineering was not at its best with this model. Since you have new car warranty left make the most of it. Search other forums too, there are some decent E65/66 forums out there.
