NAPA auto parts quality

I need to replace the right front strut mount bearing in my 2000 Malibu. The only place in town you can get just the bearing is the Chev/GM dealership at a cost of $39. Everywhere else in town sells the whole assembly as one package, the mount and bearing together. The garage I brought it to recommended replacing the entire strut mount so this is what I will probably do. I have been phoning around for pricing and I found the parts the cheapest at NAPA. For the mount and bearing they only charge $55. Just about everywhere else charges at least $100 or more for both. The dealership sells the mount separately for $166.

How is it that NAPA can offer the whole package for such a cheap price? Would the parts from NAPA not be a good quality? I know Hickman's parts would probably be best but for the whole assembly it's quite a bit more pricey.

Any thoughts/suggestions? Safe to go with the NAPA parts?

Is it NAPA brand? I'd stick with Monroe if you want quality. JMO
